If you are an iPad user like I am and how the iPad 2 then you may want to watch this video on how to modify the Belkin Snap Shield for iPad 2 so that it can fit into the Apple docking station. Last year when I got my first iPad, Apple neglected to leave a cutout area so that you could take the iPad, leaving inside the case and also place it in the docking station.
It seems like the same situation happened when the iPad 2 came out. Belkin, a manufacturer of iPad products and other computer products sells the Snap Shield for iPad 2, a rear plastic case that clips onto the back of your iPad 2 to protect it. Unfortunately, this plastic backing does not have a cutout area that allows you to place the iPad 2 with the plastic cover on into the Apple docking station.
In this video I show you how to modify the Belkin Snap Shield for iPad 2 cover so that you can leave the cover on and still place the iPad 2 into the Apple docking station.
